Michelle's Story
Hi! I'm Michelle, a registered dietitian nutritionist. I am a family member to a person living with ARFID, also known as avoidant restrictive food intake disorder or sometimes called extreme selective eating. The difficulties my family member faced led me to become an RDN and focus my powers for change on those needing support with eating disorders. I have experience working with adolescents to older adults.
My focus with my practice it to help individuals (10+) break the chains of ARFID, Anorexia, BED, Bulimia, and disordered eating through a collaborative approach to healing. For ARFID, we work through a proven process to begin the food expansion on your terms. My goal is to give you the tools, so you can make life long changes to live more freely with food.

I am a certified intuitive eating consultant and pending my CEDS certification through IAEDP. I have completed my consultation hours (2500+), the 4 Core Courses, and passed the exam in November 2025.

We do work with younger clients on a case by case basis and require the support of a collaborative team approach for treatment. This includes a therapist and the child's primary care physician.

Michelle is currently licensed in Kansas, Texas, Oklahoma and Missouri.
Madalynn's Story
Hello, I’m Madalynn, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who works with individuals navigating disordered eating, eating disorders, and those seeking support for general nutrition needs. I’m passionate about empowering others with evidence-based nutrition in a way that cultivates a healthy, sustainable relationship with food, one that aligns with their overall well-being and allows them to experience freedom.
As an eating disorder survivor and former Division I athlete, I also bring lived experience to my work. I understand the complexity of healing and believe that recovery and thriving are possible with the right support, patience, and a whole-person approach.
I’m here to help you move from rules and rigidity to balance, trust, and nourishment.
