An at your own pace program for the basics of feeding kids ages 4 years and up. We partner with parents to take the guess work and stress out of fueling our kids.

Bonus content: appropriate and relevant handouts summarizing information provided.
If a certificate of completion is desired or needed, there is the option to "test" out of the program. By demonstrating understanding of the information provided, you will receive a certificate to be displayed or shared based on your needs.

Food Peace: Intuitive Eating Support Group
12 week program walking through basic principles of intuitive eating with a registered dietitian's support.
Meet once per week, for 1-1.5 hours per week.
Currently filling schedule for Thursday's from 4 to 5 pm, virtual.
Guided group discussions and support.
Step by step walk through of the Intuitive Eating workbook with our Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor (CIEC).
Small group size, limited to 10 participants per session
