Smoothie Bowl

Chocolatey, soft-serve consistency with added bonus of fruit and fiber.

This tasty treat has been an incredible success and fan favorite in my household. My sister and daughter in love are super fans, as well. We try to treat ourselves with these on get together nights from time to time. My youngest will come home from school requesting these as a pick me up after a tough day. The beauty of it, is that you are essentially making a full meal in a bowl, so no guilt and all the yum! Added benefit of being able to change up from one time to the next with the toppings you choose to put on it.

These work great as an after school or work pick me up.

Incorporating a balance of carbohydrates, protein and fat into an easy to make, easy to consume portable package is great, while having the added bonus of being easy to clean up after (oh yeah!). This sweet and chocolatey smoothie bowl recipe gives you balance and helps you feel full and satisfied.
